I have a paid premium subscription from my previous Medisafe account. How can I activate the subscription on my new account?

To get your premium subscription added to a new account:

  1. Open Medisafe and tap on 'Manage'

  2. Tap on 'App Settings'

  3. Tap on 'Upgrade to Premium' (it won't charge you again, but rather connect your subscription to the app)

Please note, signing up for a Medisafe Premium subscription will not create a Medisafe account, and we highly recommend doing so to back up your data. The premium subscription is managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not Medisafe.

To ensure that you do not lose access to your information on the app, we recommend creating a Medisafe account within the app. That way, when you get a new device or delete and reinstall the app, you can log in and your information will transfer.

To create an account, please tap on your profile icon on the top left once to open the side menu and again to edit your profile. Complete your details and tap 'Sign up' or save. Enter your email address and a password and then confirm your email address using the link or code sent to your inbox.
