I have a paid premium subscription from my previous Medisafe account. How can I activate the subscription on my new account?

To get your premium subscription added to a new account:

  1. Open Medisafe and tap on 'Manage'

  2. Tap on 'App Settings'

  3. Tap on 'Restore Purchases'

Please note, signing up for a Medisafe premium subscription will not create a Medisafe account. The premium subscription is managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not Medisafe.

To ensure that you do not lose access to your information on the app, we recommend creating a Medisafe account within the app. That way, when you get a new device or delete and reinstall the app, you can log in and your information will transfer.
