I have a paid subscription, why is Medisafe saying I do not have an account?

Signing up for a Medisafe premium subscription will not create a Medisafe account. The premium subscription is managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not Medisafe.

To ensure that you do not lose access to your information on the app, we recommend creating a Medisafe account within the app. That way, when you get a new device or delete and reinstall the app, you can log in and your information will transfer.

Unfortunately, if no account was created, we cannot repopulate your information and history. We apologize for any inconvenience and strongly recommend creating a new account to prevent the loss of future information.
