Tap 'Medications' on the bottom menu
Tap on your medication
Tap on the trash can icon on the top right.
You can then select whether you want to save or delete your medication history.
iOS
Tap 'Medications' on the bottom menu
Tap on your medication
Tap 'Edit' on the top right
Tap 'Delete'
You can then choose to either save or delete your medication history.
