At this time, the Medisafe app does not include a feature that will automatically reschedule your next dose if you take the previous one earlier or later than scheduled.

In the meantime, if you take your medication early or late, you can tap on your next dose on the 'Home' screen, tap 'Reschedule', and reschedule your reminder to be the corresponding amount of time later.

Please note: the doses will not physically move on the Home screen but the reminders will be sent at the new date and time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
