Open Medisafe and tap on the + icon

Select 'Add Medication'

Begin adding your med name and information

When asked "How often do you take it?" select Every other day

Choose your next dose date then complete the "add med" flow to finish adding your med

Tap on "Medications"

Tap the med, then tap the pencil icon

Turn off "Reminder times", then tap "Done"

Tap the pencil icon again

Turn on "Reminder times"

Tap on "Schedule" then tap "Days interval"

Set the interval for every 2 days and save the changes

Tap on your med in the Medications list

Tap on 'Edit'

Tap 'Reminders' then tap 'Frequency'

Select 'Days Interval' and 'Every 2 days'

Tap the arrow back and then tap 'Update' to save
