If you've changed time zones and the app does not automatically refresh to send the in-app popup, please do the following to update your reminder times.
Open Medisafe
Tap 'More' on the bottom menu
Tap ‘Settings' followed by 'General Settings'
Scroll down the menu and tap ‘Refresh reminder times’.
iOS
To update your reminder times, please try the following.
Open Medisafe
Tap 'More' on the bottom menu
Tap ‘Settings'
Tap ‘Refresh reminder times’.
If this does not work:
Go to your phone Settings, tap ‘General’, tap ‘Date & Time’ and change the time zone back to your previous time zone.
Open Medisafe and select ‘Keep times from original time zone’ on the time zone popup screen and tap ‘Save’.
Go back to your phone Settings and change the time zone back to your current time zone.
Open Medisafe and select ‘Change to new time zone’ on the time zone popup screen and tap ‘Save’.
