I got a new phone but cannot login.

Recently get a new phone or want to login on another device?

Medisafe can be used without creating an account. However, it is the only way to backup your data and keep it from being accidentally deleted when switching phones or uninstalling our app, losing your phone, etc. Therefore, we highly recommend you to do so.

If you do not have your old phone and no account was created, unfortunately you will not be able to access this old information and will need to start a new profile. We then strongly recommend creating an account using the steps included above to prevent this from happening again in the future.

To create an account:

  1. Please tap on your profile icon on the top left-hand side to open the side menu and tap on your icon once again

  2. Then tap on the "Sign-up" button at the bottom

  3. Enter your email address and a password and then confirm your email address using the link or code sent to your inbox. Please use the link on the same mobile device you are using the app on.

  4. Once your email is verified, your account is created.
