Fixing a Wrong Email Address During Sign-Up (and How to Change It Later)

If you entered the wrong email address while signing up and haven't verified it yet, you can easily cancel the sign-up and start over.

šŸ› ļø If You Haven’t Verified the Wrong Email

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Medisafe app

  2. Tap the triangle icon at the top right-hand corner

  3. Tap ā€œCancel Sign Upā€

  4. Close the Medisafe app in the background

  5. Reopen the app and start the sign-up process again

  6. Enter your correct email address

šŸ’” You'll receive a verification message at your new address. Tap the link to complete the sign-up.


šŸ” How to Change Your Email After You’ve Already Verified

If you've already created and confirmed your account, here’s how to update the email:

  1. Open the Medisafe app

  2. Tap your profile icon (top left) twice

    • Once to open the side menu

    • Again to edit your profile

  3. Tap ā€œManage Accountā€ at the bottom

  4. Update your email address

  5. Check your inbox for the verification link sent to the new email
