Steps to Fix Duplicate Doses:
Open the Medisafe app.
Tap “Medications” on the bottom menu.
Tap on one of the medications showing duplicates.
Tap “Edit” in the top-right corner.
Scroll down and tap “Suspend”.
Go back to the medication screen and tap “Resume”.
Repeat these steps for each medication showing duplicates.
Once completed, check if the duplicate doses are still appearing, and if they do, please contact our friendly Support team.
