When you first join Medisafe, the Guest profile is the "main" profile on your account where you can add your meds and other information.
If you are seeing the Guest profile appearing in the side menu, it is possible you added your own information to a Dependent profile instead. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer information from one profile to another. However, you can send yourself a Report of your Dependent information and re-add your meds to the main profile and create your account in order to save your history.
