Open Medisafe and tap on 'Manage'
Tap 'App Settings' then 'General Settings'
Tap on 'Dark Mode State'
Select from one of 3 choices (Follow system, light, dark)
iOS
The Medisafe app will use the same Dark Mode settings as you have activated on your device. If your device is in dark mode, Medisafe will be as well.
