No notifications on Samsung device using Android 11

Please use the following to check the battery settings and allow Medisafe to send you notifications.


Adaptive Battery

  1. Open device Settings

  2. Tap on “Battery and device care”

  3. Select “Battery then tap More battery settings”

  4. Disable the “Adaptive battery” setting

Advanced Battery

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Tap on “Battery and device care"

  3. Tap Battery, followed by “Background usage limits”

  4. Disable “put unused apps to sleep”

  5. Tap on “Sleeping apps”

  6. Tap the three dots at the top right and select “Edit apps”

  7. If 'Medisafe' appears in this list, select 'Medisafe' and then tap on “Remove”

Battery Optimization

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Tap on “Battery and device care”

  3. Tap the three dots at the top right and select “Automation”

  4. Deactivate “Auto optimize daily”
