If you are unable to send a report using the app due to an error, it may be due to the Mail settings on your device.
Open your device Settings app
Tap on 'Mail'
Under 'Accounts', please add one of your email addresses. If there is an address listed, please tap on it and turn on the 'Mail' option.
If you have uninstalled the default iOS mail app, please reinstall it and set up your default address.
