Sometimes, Samsung devices will assign the default sound for Medisafe's notification. Please use the following to help correct the sound:
Open device Settings and tap on 'Apps & Notifications'
Choose Medisafe app from the list
Click Notifications
In Reminders list choose Med Reminder
Choose Sound in the list of Advanced Settings
Check that ringtone is provided by the app and not default

Sometimes when transferring apps to a new device, the sound will not carry over. To fix this, you can delete and reinstall the app on your new phone.
