At this time, the Medisafe app can only use the default Mail app from Apple to send your reports and contact Support via email.

To get your device set up please use the following steps:

  1. Open your device Settings app

  2. Tap on 'Mail'

  3. Under 'Accounts', please add one of your email addresses. If there is an address listed, please tap on it and turn on the 'Mail' option.

  4. If you have uninstalled the default iOS mail app, please reinstall it and set up your default email address.
